The Joint Cter Manufacturing System, also known as the Lima Army Tank Plant (LATP), is a tank factory located in Lima, Ohio. It is a government-owned and contractor-operated facility currently operated by General Dynamics Land Systems. Factory workers are represented by UAW Local 2075.
